Lenovo Notebook If there is no free disk space on the system drive or any available non-system drive, System Restore will clear restore points in all monitored partitions to free up disk space. If the free disk space on a monitored partition falls below 50 MB, System Restore will also stop monitoring the system and the feature will be suspended.

Note

Some software, such as the Real Player One utility, will also delete restore points. This phenomenon can be viewed in the System Event Viewer log for System Restore events for volume error events.
