How Toshiba cannot access wireless Internet when the network environment is good:

1. First confirm whether the wireless switch is turned on. You can confirm by checking the wireless light or by FN+F8: If it prompts "Wireless Communication is invalid, please turn on the wireless communication switch", then the wireless switch is not turned on.

2. Turn on the wireless switch: FN+F8 key combination, adjust to enable Wi-Fi

3. If you still cannot access the Internet, right-click on the wireless network connection - select Properties , if there are only "General" and "Advanced" options in the properties, it is possible that the wireless service is not turned on.

4. Open the wireless service, start-run, enter services.msc, click OK

5. Find the Wireless Zero Configuration option View the properties, click Start and Close

6. Right-click the wireless network connection again, select Properties, you can see the wireless network configuration options, and check "Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings"
