How to quickly view self-starting programs in VISTA on Lenovo notebooks

Using Windows Defender on Lenovo notebooks, you can check which programs start automatically under "Software Explorer". The steps are as follows:

Lenovo Notebook

Step 1: Select "Windows Defender" in the classic mode view of the Control Panel and double-click to run it.

Step 2: Click the "Tools" button in the "Windows Defender" main menu bar.

Step 3: Click "Software Explorer" in the "Tools and Settings" box that appears.

Step 4: Select "Startup Program" in the "Software Explorer" category. After that, the system will classify and count the self-started programs.

Step 5: After the classification statistics are completed, the category of the self-starting program will be displayed, as shown in the figure below. After selecting the program, a detailed description of the program will appear on the right.

Step 6: Selecting "Currently Running Programs" in the category will display the programs currently running in the system.

Step 7: After the system classifies the program, the information will be displayed.
