How to switch between Intel and ATI graphics cards on Acer notebooks:

1. Right-click on the desktop and select Configure to switch the graphics card.

　2. When the above options are enabled, a new icon appears on the desktop. Click this icon.

　3. On the switchable graphics card page, select the power-saving GPU.

　4. Click OK to allow the program to close all running applications before switching graphics cards.

Usually, the system will choose a high-performance ATI discrete graphics card or a power-saving Intel integrated graphics card based on the type of power supply. When the computer is connected to the power adapter, the system will switch to ATI discrete graphics mode for better performance. When the notebook is running on battery, the system will switch to Intel integrated graphics for longer battery life. However, you can also switch manually yourself, for example using an ATI discrete graphics card when running on battery power.
