How Toshiba uses Msconfig to configure startup items.

In each system, in addition to these default startup items, some hardware drivers will also generate startup items. If they are disabled, the corresponding The hardware cannot be used correctly.

Restart the computer

After restarting, observe whether there are any error messages in the running program and try to install updates.

After the update is successful, enable the above disabled services and programs as needed.
