When using Device Manager to check the driver, if a red cross appears on a driver icon, it means that the device has been disabled. You need to enable the device.

Follow the following steps to boot the device:

< p>　1. Click Start, right-click My Computer (or Computer) and click Manage.

2. In the computer management interface, click Device Manager on the left.

3. Click the "+" sign in front of the device category to include disabled devices.

4. Right-click the disabled device icon, select Enable and click OK.
