(1) Yes-->Remove memory /storage device.

The problem is not solved-->Restart the computer and press F8 key, and choose to enter "Safe Mode".

(3) Able to enter "safe mode" --> uninstall software or anti-virus.

(4) Unable to enter "safe mode" --> back up data and reinstall the system.

2. No-->Back up data and reinstall the system.
